What this covers
Foreign authorities usually want more than the notarised document itself: true copies, translations, and the notary's certification of both. I certify copies against originals I have inspected and coordinate translations with sworn translators recognised in the destination country, bundling everything into one apostilled pack.

- Certified true copies — Of passports, certificates, licences, contracts and company registers.
- Certification of translations — Notarial attestation of sworn or official translations (I do not translate myself where a certified translation is required).
- Multi-lingual practice — Instructions handled in English, Romanian, Polish, Lithuanian, Moldovan, Ukrainian and Spanish — and sworn translations coordinated for any other language.
- Document bundles — Original + copy + translation + apostille assembled and returned as one set.
What to bring / send
- A scan or photo of the document (or the wording you have been given) by email or WhatsApp.
- Your valid passport and proof of address, dated within three months.
- The name of the country and authority where the document will be used.
